Daniel Sherman is a glass artist that was raised in New York City and spent his whole childhood being fascinated with the art he saw while riding on the train. It amazed him that people would sneak out to paint their names, or whatever they called themselves, on public property for the rest of the world to see. His love for this art form later became the main influence on the work that he makes. He doesnt go out and vandalize property in any way but instead tries to take everything that he has seen growing up and portray it through his glass. Whether it is the streaks of color or drips running down the side of the wall he tries to use the glass to make those things come to life. Daniel Sherman attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston Massachusetts and is currently still working in that area making his glass art.
